Goggins & Lavintman success in the Medical Collections arena stems from our legal assistants building a rapport with the Debtor.  In many situations the Debtor continues to be a patient of the same Medical Client.  Our staff is aware of this relationship and works to collect the money due to the client while at the same time working hard to maintain the relationship between our client and its patient.

Our knowledge in dealing with insurance companies is also key to getting our clients their money in a timely manner.  We know with many of our Medical clients that receiving payments from an insurance company can be at times as difficult as getting the money from the patient.  Whether it is resubmitting HCFA 1500's or UB 92's our Medical staff is exceptional in getting pertinent information to the insurance companies in order to get the bill paid.
