Joel W. Lavintman Mr. Lavintman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctor degree, Dean’s List, from Hamline University School of Law in 1977. He served for two years as law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Hennepin County District Court. He is a member of the Hennepin County, Dakota County, and Minnesota Bar Associations; Commercial Law League of America; American Collectors Association (Members Attorney Program); and The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He practices in the areas of creditors’ rights and remedies, civil litigation, employment and real estate law. He has served as an instructor at seminars in the areas of collection law and collection technique.
Peter M. Jirik Mr. Jirik received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in 1984. He is a member of the Hennepin County, Dakota County and Minnesota Bar Associations; Commercial Law League of America; American Collectors Association (Members Attorney Program); National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He practices in the areas of creditors’ rights and remedies, collection training and compliance and civil litigation. He has developed numerous collection compliance manuals and regularly conducts collection compliance seminars. |
